AS CLOSE TO THE PERFECT HORSE AS MOST PEOPLE GET
Katey is very well broke to ride.  She was trained for reining and still loves to do reining patterns.  She is very controlled at the walk trot and canter, she does flying lead changes, sidepasses, spins, etc.  She is in excellent physical condition.  Her one fault is that she is blind.  This does not affect how she rides.  She can even do some trail riding.  She is an excellent lesson horse, she was shown in 4H this summer in reining, bareback, halter, western pleasure, and trail.  She's got LOTS of spunk and likes to go.  She is the ideal learning horse.  Katey does go better English than Western but goes very well Western.  She has many good years ahead of her.  She is an easy keeper - she is quite content in a standing stall, a box stall or a very small fence.  She stays well by herself or with a companion horse.

If you'd like to start showing or would like to learn more advanced riding, this is the perfect horse.
We would consider a trade for a good registered AQHA filly or broodmare as a trade for Katey.
As stated our goal is to find Katey a good home -
 if you can offer that home but cannot afford the asking price - make us an offer.

Katey is an outstanding mare - she will only be sold to the right home -
 preferably somewhere where she will be ridden fairly regularly.
